I haven't had too much time to reply to the other threads due to finals, but here's the third to last thread for the week!

We had quite a few new Mega Evolutions introduced in ORAS. Surprisingly, not all of them were Hoenn Pokemon; among many others, we had a Mega Gyarados, which was originally a Kanto Pokemon. The full list can be found on Serebii!

What Hoenn Pokemon would you have liked to see gain a Mega Evolution? What about another legendary that would receive a Primal Reversion forme?

Lack of Mega Luvdisc was somewhat disappointing...it was only the most popular Gen III Pokemon that got Megas when they didn't really need them. I would have liked to have seen some of the less noticeable Pokemon get Megas. Zangoose and Seviper would have been good picks too, to take their rivalry to new heights.

I would have liked to have seen Primal Regis, actually. They're ancient Pokemon too, and it seems logical they might have had alternate formes if they're not being controlled by Regigigas.

And naturally, I think Dialga/Palkia should receive Primal Reversion or Origin Formes to match Giratina, but I suppose they'd save that for Gen IV remakes...

Mega Gyarados was an X/Y mega, just sayin'

But for Hoenn pokes to get a Mega that didn't, they kinda hit the ones that I would've wanted to, but idk maybe Mega Seviper or Mega Walrein would've been cool.

I kind of wonder though why they gave Rayquaza a Mega and not a Primal Reversion though like its other 2 trio members....

I probably would have wanted a Mega Milotic. I never use that thing a lot due to its rarity (and the fact it requires an annoying trade evolution method in games where contests don't exist) so having a Mega Evolution would have tempted me into using one.

It would have been really pretty, too! I was expecting more Hoenn Pokemon to get Mega Evolutions but maybe we'll see them shine another way eventually? Maybe a new form if we get to see Hoenn forms eventually?
