That depends on the Pokemon being hatched. A good estimate can be found using this.

Having a Pokemon with Flame Body or Magma Armor ability first in the party speeds up the process. Rough estimates of by how much can be found here.

The only way to raise Beauty is with Poffins, so I don't think so. If you have Platinum, you can buy Poffins that are Dry to raise beauty from Dpt. Store in Veilstone (BF1).

Cynthia is the only trainer who uses Spiritomb in-game...
BTW, Cynthia's Japanese name, Shirona, is almost the same as the name of a character from the Final Fantasy Fables series, Shiroma :D

If you have two DS', you could go do the annoying-catch-a-wild-Spiritomb-quest. With the stone.

What is "it" exactly? Also, unless that Pokemon has high IVs (there's no way to tell a lv. 1's unless you IV battle), it's probably of little trading value, whatever it is.

I think it stops counting hours at 999, but I may be mistaken. But it doesn't mess up your game. I am sure of that.

I think it just says 1000 hours.
Either that or it restarts the play time, or it might say ?:00

The clock will stop at 999:99. Extra hours will not be added.

Yep, you can migrate Pokemon from any 3rd gen game, even if its a new game. You do need to have at least 6 Pokemon in the box to transfer.
