Where can i battle a prinplup

I started with piplup and gave it away before it evolved not wanting a starter. Eventally i bet the elite four only to find that i need a prinplub to get the national dex. so is there any where i can battle a prinplup?

Yeah, definitely. Just make a few trades over Wi-Fi, and you'll have 'em. I had every one before I lost that Diamond game.

Plus theirs the whole migration thing. After you get the NatDex, you can take pokemon from the GBA games. It's actually pretty easy. I had all of them in Pearl, before I traded away me Blastoise without breeding it.

For the natures, you can just search google images for "Pokemon nature chart" and a few charts that indicate what stat the nature effects should pop up for you. I use this one: https://img511.imageshack.us/i/naturechartdm8.png/

For the movesets, I'm not too sure what you mean.. but have you tried Serebii.net yet? They may be of some assistance to you. :)
