With the new arrival of Pokemon Platinum, most likely people will only uses Diamond and Pearl to train and send their Pokemon to Platinum. How many of you will be one of those people?

I'm actually one of them lol
    (:

I hate to say it but I am too:( It's getting old but I've enjoyed my 1+ year of Pearl

I'm probably going to stop playing Pearl. The same thing happened to my Diamond game once I got Pearl.

I kind of feel bad, but at least I'll be bringing my Pokemon with me.

I won't stop playing my diamond version. Every generation I get at least one game to restart over and over and one game I keep and try to complete everything in. Platinum will be my restart game and Diamond I'll continue to try to do everything in.

I'm probably going to use my Diamond version to train my Platinum pokemon so I don't feel so bad.

I do that too. Since my Pearl has an ungodly amount of pokemon stored, I'm not transferring the pokemon and restarting that file. In addition, I still have event pokemon to pick up, such as Deoxys and Dragonite, which I'm not going to any time soon. Therefore, Platinum will also be my restart game.

I don't have any, so it won't matter much to me.

It probably won't be the end, because of just the fact that some people just don't want to let go of their old games.

Well right now i play pearl and my sister plays diamond so when i get platinum im going to give my pearl to my other sis and we can ll play together

I'm actually playing Diamond now for the arrival of Platinum.
But, I'll still play Diamond now and then. :3

I'll still playing my D/P. Actually, I'll use my D/P to get the missing Pokemon in Pearl, and vice-versa.

Im planning to use my Diamond and Pearl as storage since I dont have Ranch. Im gonna use AR to clone my teams just in case too.

Yeah as haz diamond for storage. otherwise they are as good as dead. I mean platinum is making me feel like im playing pokemon again.

My Diamond game has absolutely everything I have on it, with all my Pokemon, events and shinys. I don't really want to spend that time transferring across 250+ Pokemon to a new game. So I'll probably start Platinum, but keep everything that's important and major (such as my competitive team) on my Diamond.

I usually get all three versions. The first is my favourite of the original two released (silver, sapphire, diamond). Which I play for ridiculos hours to complete the Pokedex and get 10-30 LVL100's. The second is the other original, when it comes down in price (my restart game) (gold, ruby, pearl), and then the remake to play for fun because it's slightly more interesting and it's upgraded.
