I keep getting randomly logged out of PokéCommunity Forums when my browser sits on a page in the forum and I''m not using me computer and I refresh the page to view updated content, I am logged out!!! happens about 70% of page refreshes after my browser sits on PokéCommunity Forums!!!

Hm, well, yeah, normally if you haven't used 'Remember me' when you log in, and if you weren't active in PC for a while, it automatically logs you out. Sooo, you can use the 'Remember me' function to stop that if you want to! Hope this helps~ ^^

After about 30 minutes of inactivity your session will automatically expire and you'll have to log in again. If you don't want to go through the hassel of typing in your information you can always check the little box that says "remember me".

    edit: ninja shawn :D

Yeah, if you don't want random log outs, select "Remember me" otherwise, every half hour you will automatically be logged out.

'remember me' IS checked and STILL the issue

no private browsing or anything just happens randomly for the last three weeks!!! NOTHING has changed in Firefox!!! it's ONLY when I leave PokéCommunity Forums up in a tab or something and refresh!!! but if I don't visit for a few hours (browser not open, or Pokécommunity Forums not open) it's just fine!!!

justin, could you please open a new tab and type this exactly into it: about:support
Then Click "Copy text to clipboard" and paste the output into a spoiler tag. If it is too large to submit in a PC post/VM/PM you can try to link it using https://pastebin.com
