9/10. I knew I would like him from just reading his name. About time we had a Dragon-type specialist who isn't entirely serious about the whole "legendary" aspect of his type and just wants to have fun. He's also adorable.

2/10. I appreciate that we have a pretty plus-sized Trainer but her attitude and her Gym puzzle leave a LOT to be desired. I refuse to replay Sw/Sh pretty much solely because of her.

3/10 - I don't like him. Feels like he's trying to hard to be something he just isn't.
also highly forgettable.

In the originals - 6/10. Not a bad rival, but not a particularly memorable one either.
In OR/AS - 9/10. He's extra cute when he's shy and a little badass when he toughens up and steps up to your challenge.

7/10, pretty cool, but somewhat forgettable as a Gym Leader lol. I picked Cyndaquil every Johto run, so I usually just sweep through his Gym without hassle.

7/10. A little bland to be honest, but I was so glad she was doing her own thing instead of following us around during the game for a change. And easy as battling her might be, she has a pretty creative team.

Champion Alder?

5/10 - Design looks pretty good, but if I have to look up who you are when you're a regions champion, you're obviously doing something wrong =p

Wattson?

7/10 he seems like a fun, kooky kinda nice old man. His team isn't that memorable, unless you keep rematching him in Emerald, but I do remember doing the power plant side quest for him, and since he seems like a good guy I will give him a fair rating.

Clair?

5/10. She left the worst impression on me out of any gym leader. It's still a fun battle. I'll give her a 5 because she does admit being at fault.
