It's nifty, but I just don't like that it's black and white. I understand the effect you were trying to make, but it just doesn't work that well with me. I say it'd be better in full techni-color!

The text over the image seems to be a little crowded, but besides that, 9/10.
 
Its blurry, and there's no credit for Suta-Raito's Salamence Drawing, but there's a border, which is rare these days. < <;;

4/10, because Suta-Raito is awesome.
