Cute design, love the inclusion of a new pokemon mid-generation especially given that the Ultra Recon Squad is from the wormhole. I also like that its stats are weird and don't fit nicely into multiples of 5, hence its "alien" nature. Not a fan of its evolution or that it has to know Dragon Pulse to evolve. 8/10
