Not a big fan of the anime, but it's cute, I guess. What I'd do is put the text in the image using css or place it under it, in one line. And at least center it.

Well...the colors work nicely, but I'm not a fan of your art style in this particular case...
the text needs to stand out more in the css-div's, and for future reference:
background-color: rgba(r,g,b, .opacity);
instead of:
background-color: rgb();
opacity: .6
(that way, the text doesn't become transparent as well)

Pikachu is cute, yes. But...that image is just bland. The entire signature is bland, infact. Not really necessary to have a signature image to make an attractive signature. You can make an interesting signature made completely out of text. And if you want to have an image, try to make it look appealing. :(
