You still need to do something about that underline the title tag is creating (and if you're saying you made the tag, you should probably say so, not just put your username there). The text also seems to be the focal more than Stella; this could be remedied by making Stella bigger and perhaps by making the text smaller.

I will admit it is better than some of your previous sigs., that's for sure.

7.5/10 Pretty sweet and simple. The song is nice. The blue starry handkerchief is a nice touch. A little too much Japanese text for me..

I would like to point out that "misaligned" is quite the wrong term. The text is perfectly centered directly under the banner. Perhaps you would prefer it differently aligned, but by no means is it misaligned.
