You have extra coding in the Pokeplushie section with [br] tags appearing. And having two of them as well as repeating the same message isn't so good. Personally, I hate the paragraph about being able to read words with letters in different positions since whoever started it obviously made a huge mistake with three lettered words. TC is okayish, pokecharms origin.

You need to reorganise your signature a bit and it's a bit too long for my liking. 2/10

its a nice sig. the text in the banner mght've benn better with a simple outer glow than the emboss it has. like the colors of the eggs. i'll give it 7/10

It's a rather nice and unusual banner, and the text is smoothly organized. The "~" really fits ^^
But I don't really like the overall feeling of it... (the avatar is AWESOME though, 10/10)
 
I like the banner, it's pretty nice. Although there's some extra effects that probably aren't needed. Well organised, I think the last line could also be right aligned though. 8/10

Simply, the image is great and the text suits well with the tone so everything fits, mostly. Not too fond of the bold and uncapitalised headings, but otherwise, it's nicely done.
