Making your own banner at a banner site? Baaad. XD; No real formatting and... colours that don't match, and liking to a freewebs site... 2/10.
 
Different. But not one of your best. I do like the banner for some odd reason, and the text is organized well.

5.10 Now you could add creative text instead. The fake under construction isn't really "funny" any more.

7 and a half out of ten for yours. It's like a little clutter of toys, There is quite a lot of spacing going on but otherwise its appealing :)
