Pretty nice theme. The avatar would be better if it was square though. Still, it's good.
 
Well arranged, but the black bar looks a little weird. Also, it seems a little crammed and its not a series I'm aware of. Still 7/10.

I feel like I've explained this a million times. Its just an Empoleon sprite on a background (no flying or anything like that) with text that you can hover over on the side. ;-_-
I like you're theme, though the avatar isn't square so 8/10
