It's kinda cluttered. :/ The banner's okay, but there are some parts that look too dark.

The only thing is, the feathers are different in the avatar and the sig.

9/10. The different feathers just bug me XD;

Eh... it's orderly. Nothing I'd use, and I see it's under renovation. That's cool.

5/10 Sorry, can't really rate it based on anything I know. I just know I don't like it too much :/
 
It's certainly a nice theme!! There just seems to be too much going on in the left hand side of the banner though. =\ Still, 8.5/10
