[Other FULL] Reapers: Keepers of the Balance (M) (OOC)

Fair enough, I'll hold out on responding until someone else gets a chance to interact.
 
To have it as a hard-and-fast rule might be a bit counterproductive. It's really just a case of common sense and not going mad.
 
Lol, I'm flattered at how Destiny is apparently revered by the younger Reapers. xD

And, yeah, a rule for such a thing is counterproductive. I know from experience that such rules just become tedious and can end up being the death of a roleplay. It's really just common sense. You just have to wait to post until a few others have posted, giving you something to actually write about.

Wow, a lot happens in the few hours I'm sleeping. GMing for different time zones can get crazy.

As for the problem with over posting you should try to tone it down enough for dcjboi to post and then you can get your group moving. That being said you shouldn't not post for a month whilst waiting for something to happen.

As for the date let's use today' it is the 8th of Feb and the Saharan group is several hours behind the Moscow group. Our friend in France is somewhere in between.

@Flydro and dcjboi: The ball is pretty much in your courts guys. Can't do much till you have posted.

Hey no worries. I just like to make sure things stay on track for the first little while until things fall into a rhythm (not to say I'll become a lax GM, just saying that after while things start falling into place).

For the record the time for Group C (yes I know it is only one person haha) is actually only an hour in front of the Saharan team who are four hours behind the Russian team.

Sorry for keeping everyone waiting but I finally posted and I have one small thing to say.

Everyone, I will be unable to post until Sunday so I give everyone in group B permission to bunny my character for the purposes of keeping the RP moving. Please do not control Spencer's dialogue, just control his movements so he isn't standing idle in the middle of the desert while his group fulfills the mission. I'm sure I'll be back before anything that requires input.
 
There's not a lot we should really do before you post. Two out of three characters have asked Spenser to introduce himself! Take your time :P
 
I posted. I hope it made sense; my brain's tired. @_@ Lol.

Sadly, my character's knowledge is hindered by my own. Something tells me I don't have the experience of a six thousand and something year old Reaper. Not sure why, but it's just a feeling. xD
 
Possibly a bit premature but I have just finished writing out the various missions for chapter two which at this point (pending heretostay's return) consist of

3 paired missions and one mission with a group of three (all groups have already been determined) with a single component common to all despite them being unique missions.

Also I figure since I accidentally created a bit of a colour scheme for harbingers in my posting I figure we might as well say White and Blue are the organisations colours (unless anyone has something against this).

@Group A: Sorry if I pushed things forward a bit far there but I figure we may as well move a bit closer to the action.

@Group B: Are you guys still alive? You should probably start moving towards the main event of your "mission" also because I'm aiming to have all three groups finish Chapter 1 close to each other allowing for characters to have a brief return to limbo before Chapter 2.

@Loner C: Sorry I couldn't think of a better joke. You may want to stretch your encounter with the lost soul out a tiny bit longer (but not too much) and you should be pleased to know that you are in a group next chapter (as I previously said).

I don't think you pushed things forward too far at all. Dragging out the tactics conversation would have become redundant rather quickly. It was already heading in that direction as it was, anyways, lol.

One thing I think should be done in the future, however, is for a more detailed description of target buildings to be posted. At first, our warehouse started out as not even having windows. Then Geras added windows. Then they became covered in grime and were composed of solid, apparently difficult to open, glass.
It would just make things go more smoothly, lol. d:

I'll post later . . . when I'm not in school, and perhaps after some others have posted.
 
Yeah I had to change my original post to comply with what Geras wrote and then it was necessary to add the grime in otherwise the vampires would be dead from the sunlight. I figured not being able to open them made sense though I admit I don't spend much time around warehouses but I don't remember any I have been close to having opening windows.

Either way you are definitely right in closed settings like that elaboration may be needed. Or at leas people need to be more careful to stick to the original description.
 
Hi, sorry for my no-show. We've had a bit of a crisis in the family, so I've been rather busy. I'll catch up either later this evening or tomorrow.
