Of course I do. Though I gave out more reputation right before it was disabled during 2005 than I have done so ever since its return. But whenever I do give rep, it's usually for posts that have actually been so constructive to the point of amazement. Sometimes I would give it out when I see people being kind, but it's usually to my own discretion whom to rep and for what reason.
 
I usually do for funny posts or very good quality posts. I don't think I've given any bad rep yet.
 
I usually give rep for well thought out posts, posts that help members, and posts that show creativity (like a good fanfic chapter or a post showing nice art).

I do exactly the same, and to people who actually make a good point.
 
I give out good rep when I am satisfied, by material or content, after the post.

Although, when I'm in a bad mood, I tend to pick out little stuff that breaks the rules and give bad rep. Like Mini-Modders and horrible grammar.
 
I usually give reputation to well-written posts, threads that I find interesting or simply specially funny posts. But yeah, I try to use it often but wisely.
 
I tend to give and take reputation a lot. Out of the latest 10 reputation I gave out, 6 out of them are negative rep. So you can imagine the rest of my reputation I give out. But they are for very strong reasons such as a completely SPAM-ful post, a post that lacks proper grammar, etc. I tend to pick apart posts like crazy when I give out reputation points as I don't think it's something that should be given out just because it's the nice thing to do the majority of the time. But, yeah. I do give out reputation often though it's a rare case of me giving positive reputation unless I really enjoy reading someone's post or someone posts a bright topic that I enjoy. On few occasions do I give out reputation for no reason.
 
I give out reputation to other users, but only when I think it's actually deserved.

It kinda feels to me as if some people abuse the system, and have turned it into more of a popularity contest than anything =/
 
wtf, for some reason I hit the no button, so now it looks like I'm the only one not giving rep D:

I've given rep from times to times, but it's not something I do often. People must have written posts really well, or typed something that really made me feel they deserved it.

Yeah, I use the rep system. I give negative reps to people who think, for example, illegal games are alright and that Rhydon and Rhyhorn are not related. Posititive reps go to the same people usually...and I can't +rep them frequently enough :S. Names not mentioned...
No, I do not give a -rep out for a bad plot. I always leave room for growth before judgment...

I don't belive the rep system is a poluarity contest at all AZ, if you tell someone that something they did is good then they are more likely to continue posting good quality things.

I rep people whenever I see a particularly funny post, and that's all. xD
Oh, but sometimes if I see an especially pretty sig I do give out rep then, but it has to make drool.
 
I rep people when I feel like I want to rep someone. I've given out a balance of good reps and bad ones as well. Basically, it's when I feel like it.
 
I havn't given any reputation, just never somthing I'm used to doing.
 
No I don't...Well I try to, but I just forget...

And mine is disabled...Since then I've sort of dipped...
 
I gave out lots of rep for two days then stopped doing it. But before that I didn't really rep people much.
 
I gave out my first rep last night. I don't really think about reputation all that much, which is why mine is disabled. It really doesn't mean anything if you think about it, because of how people could use it, or even have used it.

So while I did give out reputation last night, I'm probably not going to participate again in it. It doesn't mean much to me, and I just plainly don't like the system.
