Anything works for in-game play. Competitively, here's Blastoise and Charizard. You don't want Serious nature for Charizard because it's a neutral nature, meaning it does nothing for it. Try a SpA+ if you're using special attacks, Attack+ nature if you're using physical attacks, or Speed+ nature.
+Special Attack Natures: Mild (-Defense), Modest (-Attack), Quiet (-Speed), Rash (-Special Defense)
+Speed Natures: Hasty (-Defense), Jolly (-Special Attack), Naive (-Special Defense), Timid (-Attack)
+Attack Natures: Adamant (-Special Attack), Brave (-Speed), Lonely (-Defense), Naughty (-Special Defense)

I'm trying to get a flawless celebi from a given nature from the guy in the shop (that event celebi) but I keep reseting my DS and I'm getting bored of it... I don't know how to RNG abuse... it's something about changing the time on my DS and getting the poke I want, right?

Could someone tell me the time I have to set to get a flawless jolly celebi?

There isnt a set time, it differs from game to game because of your ID etc.

Just use Pokesav and get an AR if you want one lol. Its alot easier than RNG which is a mythlol.

Oh... I just wanted a legit one... That's a pity :(

Thanks!

So after getting my butt kicked by DA's stall team for the first time in my life ever, as I have never once lost to him save that one time, it got me thinking.

Can a stall team work without SandStorm?

Hail works similar to sandstorm.

Can someone tell me if traded pokemon gain more EVs than my own pokémon, plz?

No, see, I don't really want that, either. I want to know if a stall team can be made without Sandstorm, I don't really need a replacement for it, thanks anyway.

Yep they can be made without Sandstorm. Sandstorm is just there for extra residual damage really to wear down sweepers or to benefit Pokemon, say if you use Cradily or some garbage with the sp.def or speed boost etc.

What the best moveset for a Shiny Rattata with a Naive Natures.
Well, that nature isn't too horribly bad. Increase in Speed and decrease in Special Defense, Jolly would be much preferred, but when you are talking about a shiny, natures don't tend to matter. :3

Anyways, that would also tend to go by his ability~ If it is Guts, congrats. If it is Run Away, I must apologize. :c I will post movesets for both, however~

Guts:
Item: Toxic Orb/Flame orb
EVs: 252 Attack 252 Speed 6 HP
Moves:
-Facade
-Sucker Punch
-Protect/Swords Dance
-Reversal/U-turn

Run Away:
Item: Life Orb
Evs: 252 Attack 252 Speed 6 HP
Moves:
-Swords Dance
-Return
-Quick Attack
-Crunch

OR

Item: Salac Berry
Evs: 252 Attack 252 Speed 6 HP
Moves:
-Endure
-Reversal
-Return
-Crunch

TECHNICALLY, all of these movesets will work for a Guts Raticate, so choose which one you like the most in that case, but the first is more recommended. :3

Milotic Moveset...

As it says on the name, just looked on the smogon page for Milotic movesets and most of them seem to consist of getting the perfect typing for hidden power and frankly... I cant be bothered with that. So jw if anyone could give me a hand? :)

You have 4 choices:
1. Soft reset until you get the right IVs.
2. Learn to RNG.
3. Find a move to replace Hidden Power.
4. Trade for it.

hey everyone I need some help with some movesets for the following pokemon

Umbreon-Calm
Evs-252-Sp.D/128-Hp/128-defense

Tentacruel-Sassy
Evs-252-Sp.D/252-Hp/4-Defense

Blaziken-Lonely
Evs-252-Atk/252-Speed/4Sp.D

Hariyama-Naughty
Evs-252-Hp/252-Atk/4-Defense

Most of those were Eved out of Boredom so some (all) the natures are not Ideal but I will be using them semi competitively.

also I'd like to know if any of these would be worth Eving,If so what are the ideal movesets and Evs?

Treecko-Lonely-31 Attack Iv
Steelix-Brave
Slakoth-Naughty
Ralts-Modest (will more than likely be doing this one next)
Spiritomb-Quiet
Pineco-Impish
Sandshrew-Adamant- 31 Attack Iv
Skarmory-Jolly
Skorupi-Jolly
krabby-Adamant
Beldum-naughty ( main reason for this one is due to it being shiny and I feel its kinda wasted if I don't use it)

any advice would be appreciated.

hello...just had a simple suggestion..

Empoleon
Modest / Torrent
HP Electric 70
6 HP / 252 Sp.Atk / 252 SpE

how about this EV..?

EDIT: some at other site said 252 SpE is not good..so i change to 198 HP / 252 SpAtk / 60 SpE...
