Zapdos is a good pokemon, but legendary wise, Kyogre could fit in well:

Blaziken learns flare drive at level 66, if he is higher than that level, take him to the move tutor with a heart scale and teach it to him, the move tutor is in Pastoria City.

Yes, it is Flare Blitz. Flare Drive was the Jap name of the attack.
