Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 120 HP/136 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Surf

Is this set "O.K."

That set is ok, i will probably give him draco meteor instead of sub and more speed EVs.

Well when I use Draco Meteor I won't really be able to sweep with him anymore and have to switch out.
But yea, I just want to know if the HP EVs actually accomplish anything or can I just throw them into speed?

Yeah, that's fine.

I got this Creative Moveset Idea from a Smogoner:

Toritodon@Leftovers
Sticky Hold
Bold/Impish
252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Stockpile
Counter
Mirror Coat
Recover

I know it's not he best Toritodon can do, but I would like some Ideas for EVs on this set.

Gastrodon doesn't have liquid ooze...
Anyway those EV's are good I guess.

Try something like this: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 Sp.Def
And be careful with taunt because you will be totally scroud.
Oh, and it doesnt even gets liquid ooze, give him sticky hold.

Well switching counters this set...

Not to mention Toxic or Toxic Spikes shuts this down, and really anything can set up on this with no problem and sweep the team it's on.

I don't really think it's viable, even in a novelty setting.

Uhm, here's the team I have for the Battle Frontier. Not good at all, I was hoping for some help xP

Latios @ Soul Dew

Moves:
(Electric) Thunderbolt PP 15/15
(Psychic) Psychic PP 16/16
(Ground) Earthquake PP 10/10
(Ice) Ice Beam PP 10/10

-------------------
Latias @ Quick Claw
Nature - Relaxed
Ability - Levitate (not hit by GROUND attacks)
Type - Dragon/Psychic

Stats:
HP - 296/296

SP. ATTACK - 274
SP. DEF - 300
SPEED - 215

Moves:
(Ice) Ice Beam PP 10/10

(Dragon) Dragon Claw PP 15/15
(Psychic) Psychic PP 12/12
-------------------
Seviper @ King's Rock

(Poison) Poison Fang PP 15/15
(Dark) Crunch PP 15/15
(Poison) Poison Tail PP 25/25

I know it's bad...*hangs head*

I have three symbols already from the Dome, Pyramid, and Pike, but only the Silver ones. I'm trying to beat the dojo one (mind-blank) and I need helpz.

So...suggest any Pokemon or whatever?

Oh, and all the above Pokemon are lv. 100. Latios has been the best so far. He's the first in my team and only has trouble with Dark-types. But for the Frontier Brain, she has a Heracross that KO'ed Latios in the first hit. Then Shedinja is a problem...and Umbreon takes down my Psychic's. That's why I have Seviper (Paralyze/Attack/Attack) so it can use Poison Fang.

Yeah, it's sad. I'm not too experienced at Battle Frontier.

Any suggestions for different Pokemon/moves/items/whatever?

Yes, I am aware that my whole team is mostly dragons -.-;;

EDIT: And I'm not that smart, so please put it in words I can understand XD

Eww, Stock Pile + Counter/Mirror Coat it counter productive (no pun) lol. Since you will do LESS damage depending on how many times you stock pile, which is kinda pointless imo =/. Your also taunt weak ._.

This is one of those cases there 252 hp / 128 def / 128 sp.def IS acceptable, use Bold.

Toxic/Surf/Stock Pile/Recover is an ass to get rid of and i actually found it more useful than counter/coat tbh...

Moveset Question (Move if in wrong place)

I have a question on a moveset.

I have a Level 100 Scizor.

Its stats are:
Lax
Att:283
Def:255
SA:145
SD:165
Speed:149

I don't think it is a good nature either :\

Im not sure, i was looking around, and think a hasty nature would be good,

Max Speed and Special defense, put the rest in normal defense,

@ Focus Sash, i guess.. (leftovers would be useless so I thought a sash might help)

Moveset:

Silverwind?
Baton pass
Substitute
swords dance

Not sure about the moveset, if you mess with the moves, I think this guy could be good.

NOTE: this was thought of on the spot... might not be too good, but maybe...

Houndour Nature

What would be the best nature for a Houndour?

For it's evolution Houndoom, it would be best to have Mild or mainly Timid. Assuming your training the Pokemon up for Competitive Play.
