OK, I just got a fair decent Careful Shiny Regirock in a trade, and I was wondering what set I could use for him? I'll obviously have to construct a team that also involves a Sand Streamer so I can use him to his full potential.

Regirock@leftovers
252 HP / 252 SP.DEF / 6 ATT
Careful nature
~ Toxic / Thunder Wave
~ Stone Edge
~ Hammer Arm / Earthquake
~ Ice Punch / Stealth Rock

Regirock@leftovers
252 HP / 252 SP.DEF / 6 ATT
Careful nature
~ Curse
~ Stone Edge
~ Earthquake / Fire Punch
~ Ice Punch / Explosion / Rest

Regirock@leftovers
252 HP / 252 SP.DEF / 6 ATT
Careful nature
~ Stone Edge
~ Hammer Arm / Earthquake
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk

Those are the 3 sets ivs had most success with.

Ok so:

Umbreon@ leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
EVs: 252hp/ 200def/ 56spdef
Synchronize
-Mean Look
-Baton Pass
-Wish
-Snatch
Really unsure of the EVs and nature but snatch on the off chance I can steal something because I'll mainly use it for BPing.
Umbreon needs maxed out Defense. Put the remaining in SDefense.

Instead of Snatch, use Taunt, Substitute, or Toxic.

need move sets / fix for this Pokemon's:
Nidoqueen:
Body Slam/EQ/Shadow Ball/Ice Beam

Blastoise:
Surf/Ice Beam/EQ/Rapid Spin

Electabuzz:
Thunderbolt/Light Screen/Swift/Ice Punch

Pidgeot:
Fly/Featherdance/Wing Attack/Quick Attack

Arcanine:
Flamethrower/Extremespeed/Aerial Ace/Hyper Beam

Exeggutor:
Solarbeam/Psychic/Sunny Day/Sleep Powder

Gengar:
Hypnosis/Dream Eater/Curse/Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball/Sludge Bomb/Psychic

Golem:
Rock Slide/Earthquake/Explosion/Fire Blast

Hey, guys. Just got a shiny Jolly Riolu in a trade, and I was thinking of possibly a SD sweeper, but can I just get a decent physical Lucario moveset or two?

Lucario@Life Orb
252 ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
Jolly Nature
- Extremespeed / Bullet Punch
- Close Combat
- Crunch / Stone Edge / Bullet Punch
- Swords Dance

I actually would love to see a set like this:

Ambipom@Life Orb
Timid
252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Technician

Nasty Plot
Swift
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power FIGHTING / FIRE 60

With Technician, the Hidden Power strength is boosted to 90 Base Power, which is extremely good. Technician Hidden Power should be something that can be abused, and Ambipom can do that.

Okay guys, recently been playin' around with my brand new offensive team, and wondering some quick suggestions for a spread.

Now I have the teams Gyarados lead here.

Gyarados @ Choice Scarf
Adamant
Intimidate
` Ice Fang
` Earthquake
` Waterfall
` Stone Edge

This beast is awesome as a lead, but the real thing I came here to see what were some EV spread suggestions you all could come up with. I don't think I should max attack and speed as it needs to be bulky in a way as the team is so offensive (haha no walls) Anyway, suggestions on useful EV spreads for it. Yeah I know it's rare for me even ask here, but thanks.

I would want to remove at least 1 move from there for something else. Preferably, something like:

Gyarados@Life Orb / Leftovers
Jolly
192 Atk, 104 Spd, 212 HP

Ice Fang / Thunder Wave / Taunt
Earthquake / Thunder Wave / Taunt
Stone Edge
Waterfall

I just think abusing Thunder Wave here would be great. Reduces the need for so many speed EV's. (You could cut back to about 80, and pump the rest to Atk/HP) Taunt is just the standard for Swampy leads and the like.

So, anything I can help you with on your team? I'm bored and wanna do something. =P

Mmm... Should have clarified. He really does a lot better in my team as a choice scarf such as my above set, you'd be surprised at the results. With an offensive team, I'm working on we have absolutely no worry with thunder waves and life orbs, it choice the suckers and full out berserk (haha I love my battle logic) ;P No offense of course, that's a great gyarados, but not the type i'm looking for. Though yeah, I don't want to change the set, just spread. ;D

Just checking for a solid spread as I'm unsure where I should pour what since it's scarfed yet bulky.

Thanks though.

72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Speed is what i use if i scarf it, whats cool it can be a Choice Bander aswell with the same spread.

244 Speed allows you to outpace Timid Starmie's max 361 Speed with the scarf that will put Gyarados at 366 Speed. It also allows you to outspeed every non-Scarf Tyranitar variant aswell =)

Speaking of Gyarados, i was looking at Gyarados movepool and noticed a move that is underrated and can screw alot of stuff up.

Gyarados@Leftovers
152 HP / 172 ATT / 44 DEF / 144 SPEED
Adamant Nature
- Taunt
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Body Slam

lolwut ? Yep.Body Slam, im thinking that it could screw over a couple of its common switch ins and has great coverage with Water, only fully resisted by Empoleon, Giratina and Shedinja.

Dont kill me about the ev spread, i hate bulkydos, its slow as hell and leaves it open so many times for revenge kills and i cant afford to keep coming back in and out thanks to SR.

With this spread i get

369 HP / 361 ATT / 205 DEF / 236 SP.DEF / 234 SPEED,

Which my friend = Gengar getting outsped after a dd =)

I'm looking for a CB set for Machamp. I was thinking...

Machamp@Choice Band *Sowards*
Adamant, No Guard
252HP/252atk/6def

DynamicPunch
Stone Edge
Ice Punch
ThunderPunch

Would this be good?

Also Azelf, I too have a BulkyDos, but I'm hitting 234 speed as well. I might pop 40 EVs out of defense and throw them on speed, but the transition would be difficult.

Stone Edge is unneeded on that set, Thunder and Ice Punch hit everything that will.

Payback >> Stone Edge, it allows you to put lovely dents into Psychic/Ghost walls, also if you get hit it does double =). Ive battled Lotto and Prince and it beat their Celebi AND Cresselia with it respectively (Trust me, It does ALOT more than you expect). (Dont hurt me guys, i was only giving an example =p)

I also give it 128 hp / 252 att / 128 speed, now 252/128/128 spreads are usually bad, but Machamp is an exception, it outruns Skarmory with 128 evs in speed.

Also Guts >> No Guard and Close Combat >> Dynamic punch. No guard is only good on Scarf IMO. CB Champ is slow and made to switch into status, such as dusknoirs will-0-wisp etc.

Ive also heard Facade is good to overcome weezing, if you switch in on a Will-o-wisp it pwns stuff.

I believe Machamp is a real big threat, 2hkoing Skarmory with CC and even your usual fighting resist Gliscor dies to it. Not alot can counter CB Champ tbh.

I'm gonna be getting a Timid Vulpix. It's shiny, so I'm not going to have egg moves on it. What might a decent set/spread for it be? I was thinking:

Ninetales @ ???
Timid nature (atk-, spd+)
EV's...???
Flamethrower
Dark Pulse/Extrasensory
Nasty Plot
Will-o-Wisp

ok so i have a registeel

registeel@ ???
ev: ???
mild nature(yes mild *shrudders*)
moves:
???
???
???
???

can anyone help me with this?

Mild is pretty much completely unusable on Registeel. I wouldn't use it...at all.

Ninetales@Wide Lens (you'll need it.)/Life Orb
Timid
252spd/252sp.atk/6HP

Hypnosis
Nasty Plot
Fire Blast/Flamethrower
Energy Ball

OR

Ninetales@Leftovers/Wide Lens (Double Status)
Timid
252spd/252sp.atk/6HP

Hypnosis
Will-O-Wisp
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Energy Ball

E.Ball only available through breeding. I learned the hard way; Basically, Hypnosis, NP on the switch, and if you're in a good position, sweep; otherwise, just switch out.

And thanks Azelf; I'll get a hold of one of those.

Registeel@Leftovers
252 HP / 58 DEF / 200 SP.DEF
Relaxed Nature
- Ice Punch
- Thunder
- Hammer Arm / Earthquake
- Toxic

I use that, but Anti has a more support set, this is more tanky.

It's a shiny. I can't breed it, and you might've forgotten, but Energy Ball isn't the only egg move you suggested. You can only get Hypnosis through breeding, as well. Thanks, though.
