I plan on making an Uber team with Latios as a Physical or Mixed Sweeper... However I'm not sure which one will benefit the most in the long run. Any decent sets?

Ultimate pokemon!

Yep......right now i just have a couple of pokes bunched together that i (and not many others,mind you me) call a team.

They need heaps of tweaking to become effective (suggest which pokes to remove and new ones to add,moveset changes etc.

BTW:the listed pokes are already made so i wont list the EVs i cant remember.

These guys are going on PBR doubles as well kk.

I think types of pokemon makes no difference to battles at all,Hold items are mportant,occasionally move types help but towin a match just get a pokemon with High defence and special defence stats or can heal itself (Blissey is v good as it can do both!) and use this moveset...

Good lord that blissey set is aweful, 342 battles means nothing, how can we know that you havent been battling 342 complete n00bs ?

1) DON'T RATE WITHOUT PROPER KNOWLEDGE.

This bugs me the most & I put it up first. I am sick of seeing people give horrid advice that defies common sense, just so they can admit "I'm not that good at teams." If you're not good, why did you speak? "I was just trying to help." Trust me, when you give bad advice, you aren't helping anyone. In fact, you are only hurting the one you are trying to help. Like giving directions. If you don't know the way, don't give them directions that would get them lost.

Goldenhammerhead's set was fine, better that that monstrosity, whats it going to do to Substitute users and why do you have calm mind and no attacking moves ? Think please.

Wish passer, i use this set, nice for a lead to scout what your opponent wanbts to do and keeps your team healthy. Nice counter for Palkia and Kyogre thanks to soul dew aswell.

Grass Knot hits both Kyogre, Groundon and Tyranitar. Thunder just hits Kyogre but has more base power otherwise, it also hits steels. Be careful of tyranitar, Uber t-tar has an extremely sp.defensive set and takes ass from Grass knot usually.

Righty-ho, update on the Gengar. Finally caught a timid one! But it had a Sp.Atk IV of 4, which to my understanding is abnormally bad ;_;. I'll keep trying.

Sorry, but I'm on this trip again. I'm gonna start breeding today, and I need help on her moveset.

I've decided to take Anti's advice and make her a pure sp.wall with Light Screen and all EV's into that. That said, I cannot get Seismec Toss, which would be the ultimate move for her. So Hyper Voice it is. Wish is her healing move, and I'll have a Wishpasser. However, it's her last move I need help on. Thunder Wave is a great support move to use, as is Toxic. Gravity will benifit me greatly, since I have no flyers or Levitators on my team, and it will only hurt them. But then again, I also lack EQ on my team for some reason, so I'll have to fix that. Ice Beam can help dragon switcin's, and Fake Tears will either force switches, or help her wall things better.

I cannot agree enough with Anti. It annoys me when people don't use Hiippo with Def. I can easily use one un-Swords Danced Leaf Blade to end Hippo.

My friend used that set, he said it was good and that everyone used it. I used it a few times on my Sandstorm team, it was okay.

Slack off is a good option, I forgot about that. Hippo needs Slack Off.
