Latios is in the process of being tested for OU without soul dew, and thats the only uber there.

Nah, he meant Dragon Claw , Dragon moves were ALL special in 3rd gen.

Suicune is not uber either.

I use that, it doesnt need any evs invested in def as it has high enough def. So focus on sp.def and sp.att.
 
I remember getting a Reflecting Metagross from someone on PC, but unfortunately, I forgot the EV spread. I just remember 252HP. What's the rest, if someone has it?

You can cut from attack and put some in def or sp.def is you wish.

Anyway, it's a wall killer. When I can't afford 2hkoing Bliss, just blast it with Close Combat. Shadow Ball gives me full coverage with fighting. The last move is sorta lost. If I go Vacuum Wave, I'll have very redundant coverage, but I'll kill Weavile before it touches me, something that can beat Lucario if it stays in.
 
I would like to see a D/P McGar set, basically enough EVs for the sub to survive Blissey Ice Beam (standard 104 SpA) and still do damage with FP.
FP for Snorlax too, Shadow Ball for Cress.

Well, I needed something to block Outrage, and do something in return. I still have this from years back.

So yeah, general utility poke.
