Raichu@Life Orb
252 SP.ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
Mild Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Grass Knot / Hidden power Ice
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Punch

Ok the Ev training and nature wont be to hard. I have the TM's for Fpunch and Gknot. How important is the Hidden power. Or do you know a trustworthy breeder around here that can get me a pichu mild w/hidden power ice.

Alrighty, I will NOT be changing the purpose of these.

Dugtrio@Leftovers
Sassy/Bold
Sand Veil
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd
Dig
Rock Slide
Protect
Substitute

Aerodactyl@Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Jolly
Pressure
Fly
Protect
Substitute
Roost

Is this good moves and such to stall with these?
(I KNOW DUGGY DOES NOT STALL WELL. DO NOT TELL ME THAT.)

No. No it is not. You already know about Duggy, and what we are going to say. Even with Dig & sub, it is far too fragile, and will get hit between moves. Plus, all these priority moves, and no way to really recover makes stalling a usless feat for him.

As for Aero, no, not really. We can easily switch to a counter while he is flying, & use him for set-up fodder.

*sighs* I probly should've mentioned my BP'd Mean Look support from Umbreon.

And yeah, I'm thinking of something else to replace Duggy.

That would help, but not by much. You'd run out of moves first, and would get hit in between moves, since Aero is fragile. Besides, the pokes that he would be stalling (seriously, no Toxic), you're better off just hitting.

I need to find some HM Slaves for Pokemon Gold (+ Rock Smash), FireRed and Sapphire. The fewer Pokemon the better, as in... if you can find two Pokemon that can learn all eight HM moves between them that would be perfect.

Off-topic much?

Long time no see.
Could I get some help on a Mismagius set?
I already have 3 sweepers on my team, so I figured I should go a bit defensive with her.

Straight from Smogon..

Mismagius @ Lefties
Timid Nature
EVs: 116 HP / 140 SpA / 252 Spe
~Calm Mind
~Shadow Ball
~Thunderbolt
~Will-O-Wisp

I've been told a million times, but I simply cannot be stuffed with HP.

Your thoughts/advice?

I generally prefer Sub >> Will-o-wisp on mine, as it protects you from status, completely shuts off Blissey and allows you to sweep better.

Use Hidden Power Fighting >> T-Bolt nao !!

i need to know a good trick room team because i am going to build one

For a Mixed Wall you could always try Cresselia.

And the Hidden Power is determined by the IVs the pokemon has. If you are aiming for a certain kind I suggest looking at Tortured_Soul's Guide or using Shoddy's Team builder to see what possible IVs create the Hidden Power of a type you would be after.

As to trick room teams, try starting with Brozong and build from that. Jynx is infamous for getting it started up as well.

For which tier ? UU ? OU ? Ubers ?

For setupers, there are two good Smogon standards for OU play. One is for Porygon2 and Bronzong.

Porygon2@Leftovers / 0 IVs Speed
252 HP / 68 Def / 92 SpA / 96 SpD
Quiet/ Sassy Nature
Ability: Trace
- Trick Room
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Recover

Watch out with this guy against stronger fighting attacks and it will be fine. Thunderbolt for Gyarados, and Ice Beam for dragons. If you want to have STAB, change one of this attacks on Tri Attack.

and...

Bronzong@Leftovers/Macho Brace/Life Orb / 0 IVs Speed
252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 96 SpD
Relaxed Nature
Ability: Levitate (Heatproof one is interesting alternative for Sunny Day team)
- Gyro Ball
- Trick Room
- Earthquake/Explosion
- Hypnosis/Explosion

If you want to hit harder slower pokes - Macho Brace is the best bet. If faster (Trick Room doesn't change damage from Gyro Ball, because it doesn't affect their speed STATS) then Life Orb. If you want to use him for longer use, then Leftovers.

And if ur scared of Tyranitar and Infernape switches, you can use this guy as a setuper.

Hariyama@Leftovers / 0 Speed IVs
Impish or Relaxed Nature
76 HP / 180 Atk / 252 Def
Ability: Thick Fat
- Trick Room (also weather moves work here, like Rain Dance or Sunny Day. He scares off really effective Tyranitar and Abomasnow, which can destroy your weather support). And Hariyama is slow as hell, so Trick Room will help him alot.
- Force Palm/Cross Chop (Close Combat is bad idea, because it decreases your defences and you want this guy to survive more hits)
- Ice Punch/Stone Edge (Ice Punch for Dragons, Stone Edge hits super-effective many pokes)
- Whirlwind/Thunderpunch (Whirlwind for pokes, which try their luck to setup on you, ThunderPunch for Gyarados and bulky waters)

If you prefer more offensive version of Hariyama for Trick Room just use classic choice bander.

Hariyama@Choice Band / 0 IVs Speed
252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Def (if you want, you can invest some EVs in one of defences from Hp)
Brave Nature
Ability: Guts
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch
- Faint Attack
- ThunderPunch / Stone Edge

The problem here is, that Faint Attack is your best attack against Physic and Ghost types here. Payback won't work, because with Trick Room you'll be first most of times. But with activated guts, you hit really hard.\

And for physical sweeper you can use Marowak. He works kinda well there. For special sweepers good bet is Nasty Plot Slowking.

Standard set for Trick Room Marowak

Marowak@Thick Club / 0 IVs Speed
252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Def
Brave Nature
Ability: Rock Head
- Earthquake (STAB)
- Rock Slide (using Stone Edge on fragile poke like Marowak is risky. And he'll be really fast with Trick Room, so he can use as a advantage flinch hax from Rock Slide)
- Fire Punch (yeah, mostly for Bronzong)
- Double-Edge / Swords Dance (you can try your luck with Swords Dance, but it will be hard to use it on him. If you prefer SD, give him Encore support). Without Double-Edge Weezing says hi. Your choice.

And set for Nasty Plot Slowking. Smogon one and for me probably one of the best for Trick Room.

Slowking@Leftovers / 0 IVs Speed
212 HP / 44 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
Ability: Own Tempo
- Nasty Plot
- Surf
- Ice Beam/ Grass Knot/ Hidden Power Electric
- Slack Off (for recovery, if you think you don't need it, just put here one of three attacks from third slot)

And also I have a question. I want to use physical version of Venusaur. Yep, his physical movepool just sucks, but his physical moves are usable. I want this guy as a last game sweeper and for surprise. So I thought about this set:

Venusaur@Leftovers/Life Orb
252 Attack/ 252 HP/ 4 Def (I plan to use this guy with T-Wave support anyway and I need to make him more bulky to get a chance for 1-2 SD)
Adamant Nature
Ability: Overgrow
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Earthquake
- Return/ Sleep Powder/ Synthesis / Sleep Talk

I need some help what to choose in last slot. Return is for dragons (yep, Salamence and Dragonite) and weezing, which walls me without it. Sleep Powder just for status and to stop counter. Synthesis is risky, I know, but extra healing can help. And Sleep Talk for absorbing sleep. In other words I need help here. Cheers.

Hope this is the right place, but I am looking for a final member for my team.
Right now it is:
Garchomp
Torterra
Staraptor
Metagross
and Aggron

I was going to try Charizard, but I dont know. Currently I am training a Charizard.
EDIT: What is IV and EV? I have asked this somewhere else and they didnt answer.

EDIT2: What would be a good movset and nature for a Lanturn that would go good with my team?? Someone suggested Lanturn.

Need a bulky Nasty Plotting Togekiss set.

Togekiss@Leftovers
252 HP / 104 SP.ATT / 152 SPEED
Modest Nature
Trait : Serene Grace
- Nasty Plot
- Aura Sphere
- Air Slash
- Roost

._. I hate this thing with a passion, use it against me and ill print its picture off and throw darts at it.

I feel like being creative so bare with me:

Weavile @ Life Orb
Modest Nature
6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Speed
Pressure

Blizzard
Dark Pulse
Hidden Power [Fighting]
Nasty Plot

I love Nasty Plotters so I wanted to try the one I haven't touched yet.

Weavile also gets Surf, which lets you do something to Infernape etc.

But still, umm yeah..

I want to breed and Ev train a strong Victreebel as an annoyer or a shuffler or whichever other strategix battler depending on which nature and moves would be best for it. What is recommended?

Ok now I got another question, What is a good movset and nature for Lanturn??
And please answer the above. =D
Sorry, but it seemed that I was ignored. And at many places I am ignored. =(

I know the feeling, but its down to whether people are there to answer the questions or if they know the answers. Basically IV and EV stand for Individual Values and Effort Values. I think IV's are automatically set when the Pokemon is made, but EV's are earned by subjectivley training by fighting certain monsters to gain boosted stats. There is a section somewhere on the forum designated for such discussion, think it might be a sticky so worth checking out. :)

But as for your team building related question, don't think I can help you since I'm a newbie to all this training malarkey myself, hence why I'm here :P You could try and find out what Lanturn is best at statwise then find a nature which helps boost that.

With my Victreebel, would it be worth teaching it Sunny Day to take advantage of its Chlorophyl or have another Pokemon in my team use it, like a tank? It's just the extra speed could come in handy for getting ahead of some speedy Pokemon and shoving something in there to cause some fuss.
