Can Reflect Bronzong take Mamo, Meta, and Chomp/Mence? (assuming they lack Fire Blast)

Or would Reflect Metagross work better?

I'd slap a Choice Band on it. Staraptor makes a great lead, however, if you want speed, Choice Scarf could work as well.

Yes, that is the standard moveset. It destroys things.

If that Starmie is bulky enough it should be able to deal with Gyara.

Yes it hits them, but not very hard XD its special attack it just too poor. Seem to have missed the move that does infact hit most of its common counters.... BITE.

OHKO's Starmie, 2hko's Cress, Slowbro, Celebi etc.

Alternately you can use EQ and Ice Fang >> bite + Stone edge to hit Tangrowth and Garchomp harder, but then you still loose to starmie, cress, slowbro etc and what not.

Zong should be able to, and eww reflect metagross it like the worst switch ever into all of those bar Choice Chomp rages.
 
Gyarados also gets Thunder[Bolt], if you wanna try fail-novelty.

In all honesty, those Sp.Atk EV's should be going into defense, but meh. For Seismec Toss, if that is unavailible, you can substitute Focus Blast. He also gets Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Charge Beam, Calm Mind (harder to play in OU, with Weavile & Ttar running amock),and the gallery of Hidden Powers. Bug would be my favorite for him. BTW, Seismec Toss allows him to better handle Sub users. Reflect helps him escape Pursuiters. I always throw it out as soon an he goes into play. For other support options, he gets Light Screen, great for those pesky Shadow Balls, Thunder Wave, hell, he learns Substitute on his own! What a great pokemon Grumpig is. And one of the best Mixape counters.

I use him best with a Cleric.

How would this set work for an Absol?

Absol@Leftovers/Life Orb
Jolly/Adament Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
-Taunt
-Sucker Punch
-Thunderwave/Will o Wisp/Pursuit
-X Scissor/Pursuit

Attempting to use it as a lead, start with Taunt then Sucker Punch them, if they switch I use a status move, X Scissor so dark types don't wall me, or I could pursuit on the switch rather than status.

Really not sure on the EVs, I don't think even with the HP and Def EVs he will be surviving that much
 
What would a good moveset for a Jolly Infernape? I just got a Chimchar in a trade.

I'm assuming you want to use a physical Infernape set? I love using one:

Hi, could ya'll tell me if this is a good team, and if not, how to improve it? My first "competitive" team, advice is greatly appreciated.
In no particular order (Who should I lead with?)....

1. Flygon @ ?? -ADAMANT
252 SPD/252 ATK/6 HP
-Dragon Claw, U-Turn, Roost, Earthquake

2. Staraptor @ ?? -ADAMANT
252/SPD/252 ATK/6 HP
-U-Turn, Brave Bird, Return, Close Combat

3. Milotic @ Leftovers -BOLD
252 DEF/252 HP/6 SP. ATK
-Recover, Ice Beam, Surf, Toxic

4. Tyranitar @ ?? -LONELY
252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
-Crunch, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Dragon Claw

And I need two more Pokemon... I'm hoping to get a Growlithe real soon so I can fit in an Arcanine (cause I don't have FireRed and would have to borrow from a friend), but other than that are there any suggestions? When you rate please don't change the Pokemon or the natures I already have, I don't feel like going through all that work again... -.-

You need a reliable physical wall. Physical sweepers run all over you.

No problem, Tpunch could be used, but Stone Edge is usually better.

Hm. Your set is like one I used sometime ago.
My lead Absol goes like this;

Absol @ Focus Sash (OU) / Leftovers (UU)
Adamant Nature
Super Luck trait
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
~ Magic Coat
~ Counter / Thunder Wave
~ Pursuit
~ Rock Smash / Taunt

Magic Coat Hypnosis back, Counters those physical starters (but you can always Thunderwave them), Pursuit is for whatever may flee after getting Hypnosed back. Rock Smash 2HKO's Tyranitar so it's an OHKO if Super Luck helps you. Taunt stops a lot of UU leads.

What do you want to stop? Not a single physical wall can beat every physical sweeper. Skarm and Gliscor are great, the former having no 4x weakness. Weezing and Dusknoir work, but they are no as bulky.

Okay well.. I'm pretty much new to this stuff, those are the first 4 Pokemon I've EV trained and such, and I haven't exactly had a competitive battle cause my wireless router is a piece of crap, but depending on what physical sweepers are used the most, which physical wall would be able to counter a lot of them?
