I need Gengar movsets

So far, this is all I can think off.

Gengar @ Life Orb/Black Slude/Leftovers
Timid: 252 sp atk, 252 spd, 6 hp
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Energy Ball/Focus Blast

Ball to OHKO Swampert and do some decent damage to Rhyperior and Ttar. Blast is for a kill on Ttar and nice dents in Blissey and others.

OR

Gengar @ Wide Lens
Hasty: 252 sp atk, 252 spd, 6 def
Hypnosis
Dream Eater
Thunderbolt
Destiny Bond

AND

Gengar @ Life Orb
Hasty: 252 sp atk, 252 spd, 6 def
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Destiny Bond

These are my crappy preferences of what a Gengar's movesets would look like.
Any better ones?

crystalvelox, nice Kingdra movesets there. although life orb isn't a good item for it...

Xatu @ Life Orb
Timid
82 HP/252 SpA/176 Spe
Calm Mind
Shadow Ball/HP Fighting
Psychic
Wish/Substitute/Roost

CM Xatu. It seems a bit gimmicky, but it could work in theory. Synchronize or Early Bird work, as they make Xatu quite unique as a CMer. Synchronize makes it so status will back-fire on the user, making it harder to stop her. Early Bird does make sleep moves less viable to handicap her. It should be noted that a super effective HP Fighting only has 5 points stronger than a STAB Psychic.

Speed EVs let it outrun even Max Spe Jolly Heracross (by 2 points) Calculations below:

1 CM Psychic vs. 252 HP/0 SpD Rotom: 94.74%-111.51%
1 CM Psychic vs. 40 HP/252 SpD Lanturn: 49.38%- 58.35%
1 CM Psychic vs. 252 HP/252 SpD Clefable: 45.18%-53.30%

1 CM Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP/252 SpD Hypno: 48.13%-56.68%
1 CM Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP/0 SpD Claydol: 72.84%-85.80%
1 CM Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP/96 SpD Grumpig: 57.69%-68.13%

I think you're better off making a RMT, it's probably going to take more than 1 or 2 posts to help you out.

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Adamant/ Swift Swim
252 Atk/ 216 Spe/ 40 Hp
Waterfall
Outrage
Dragon Dance

Dragon Dance and life orb place it's attack power to a little bit above the 600 mark. Which combined with outrage hits pokemon extremely hard. Waterfall is for pokemon for STAB and to hit steel types that would other wise resist outrage. With this set draco meteor is hardly going to hit many other pokemon harder that outrage and waterfall are already doing so I've no need for it.
252 Atk is tp increase attack and I reasoned that with 216 Evs in spe that is enough to outspeed +speed skymin. Extra Evs in HP.

The thing I need answered is a more suitable EV spread and 4th moveslot. I feel that the EV spread wastes too much in speed which could be spent on improving bulkyness in Hp. Note: This is Kingdra IS NOT going to be used on a rain dance team.

mmm you can use substitute, luckily you will get some free DD set up to sweep.
With that more Evs in HP you will be able to make an other sub (i think)

You took that from smogon... at list try to be more original.

That is the standard physical Electivire and it is overrated garbage that is walled by so many Pokemon you wouldn't think they'd all fit on a tiny little cartridge.

Not only is it easy to physically wall, it just doesn't hit hard enough period. The idea that being super effective = viable is a fallacy.*Shows vire hate* Anyway fix'd

What on Earth? The only problem with the shown Vire is that it has Thunderpunch over Thunderbolt. (And even that is plausible).

Why in the name of hell would you ever, ever put Defense EVs on a Physical/Special/Mixed Sweeper?

If you want to utilize curse..

Use careful since it has like >9000 physical def anyway and in Sandstorm it makes a fantastic dual tank/wall.

Regirock fails horribly without Special Defense EVs. Careful Nature, pleeease.

Was thinking up random sets, and I came up with one; seems a little like novelty, though.

Swampert @ Choice Specs
Quiet
164 HP/92 ATK/252 SPATK
Earth Power
Surf/Hydro Pump
Ice Beam/HP Electric
Focus Punch

Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 120 HP/136 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Surf

Is this set "O.K."
