Since it's been so quiet here, I'm just gonna go with my previous thing about Evil Morty being inactive - it doesn't look like he's been recruiting so maybe it's one of the busy players who haven't had time to submit an NA

I've had a bad streak of luck with my charger and getting sick but nah it's not me. Because at the very least I try to get my NA through (even if I have to do it by phone) unless I'm purposely abstaining. In which in Evil Morty's case why would I even abstain???

The phase posts aren't indicating any third party activity (Evil Morty's first recruit was mentioned, and nothing else has happened with him since), so hitting inactive/quiet players seem like the best idea we have right now. And yeah, at the very least it'll draw them out.
