Make it a Bug/Dark type. With the way it fights according to the Dex, spidops is a better fit for that typing than Lokix. I'd also give it 20 more base points each in Attack and HP.

Give Vespiquen Leech Life, bring back Heal Order, add Recover as her permanent level-up option, add +50 in HP, and give her an Ability that grants the resistances of the Poison-type.
