Severely Buff or Nerf the above User's Pokémon

I think this one needs a nerf. Replace Unburden with Keen Eye, lower its Attack and Speed by 10 points, and if mvoes can be changed, then decrease Dire Claw's effect chance to 10%.

Parasect definitely needs a significant buff!

Obvious evolution aside, I would add +10 in physical Attack, +60 in Speed, give it Bullet Seed and Seed Bomb as it's permanent level-up movepool, and give it Water Absorb as one of it's main Abilities.

I think it's kinda balanced, but I'd say lower the level it evolves to like say level 32 or something.
