I had this idea going in V.2, but only used it once, and that was with an incomplete request.

You get it from the Colossuem Bonus Disk, at least that is how u get it in the US.

No, I didn't get one like that, but it is the only way u can get a shiny Jirachi... I am not so completely sure of this, but someone named Zera at SPPF says he got it like that and I trust him

Having different top/bottom colours looks Tacky, but there's no other way I could think of to make a red/blue card that doesn't look worse. (I've tried.)
