All I know is i have a Lv 5 Quirky WISHMKR jirachi

well you have defensive jirachi
252 in hp, and 252 in defense/sp.defense 4 in whatever you want...

then there is offensive jirachi which is probably not as good as the defensive one..
252 sp.attack/attack 252 speed and 4 in whatever you want...

then there is a mixed jirachi 200 in attack 200 in sp. attack and 108 for speed...well thats all I can think of...maybe someone else can help you....

Im not sure, its only at level five so i wasa gone ev train it until i could find out the ivs

Try doing an IV battle or something. Then I can probably make you a decent spread using the magical Netbattle!

IVs will affect this a lot, so it's quite important.

I was wondering... Is status attack that cause damage, like Will O Wisp are influenced by Atk/Sp.Atk stats ?!

If yes, which ?
If not, what are they based ?

Will-o-Wisp doesn't cause damage. It causes a burn, which saps a certain amount of HP per turn. I think it's 6.25 or 12.5 percent or something.
