is phione in uber teir?(i dont want to waste my efforts training one if it is)
 
but if if ev trained with that awesome abilty and the moveset of

icebeam
surf
rest
rain dance

it would be a force wouldnt it? (phione is like a watered down manaphy)
 
T.T thats what I meant by physical moves. Blissey is a special wall. So try to avoid physicals with that puny 10 Defese xD

Edit: a lot of other water types outclass Phione, and Rest nor Rain Dance won't be helpful since it won't last a turn. Kingdra, Milotic, Lapras, they all outclass it.
 
Alright, I saw this topic just recently made and locked in the D/P section, but I'll post it here. My apologies if I missed it somewhere.

The move Acupressure, with the Evasion Clause, is this move still legal to use? I mean, it only has a 1/7 chance to raise evasiveness, but we all know of the luck of the draw.

So I ask; is it legal?

Errm you really dont keep Blissey in for a Close Combat, thats suicidal.

Try walling special attacks with it.

I thought it could only raise Speed, Attack, Defense, Sp.Defense, and Sp.Attack.

I'm not completely sure.

Azonics set is the cleric set as in it heals the rest of your team with Aromatherapy. But gets walled by Gengar.

My set it the new D/P Blissey, it Stops Garchomp swords dancing up on you and bulky ground types who will try and switch into thunderwave, and Ice Beams them, and doesnt get walled by gengar.
 
Slaking is great as a hit and run style pokemon with choice band.

And you can combine both sets of blissey, get rid of Twave for aromatherapy, and the other 3 slots being softboiled, seismic toss, and ice beam. that's what I run, it works great.

Depends on the power you want ice beam to pack. always run max Def though.

My prefered set, either EV spread works.
 
Thing is, Bulky Gyarados + Taunt is commen nowadays. I would go for Thunderbolt over Ice Beam.
