Simple Q&A Thread

yeah i just learned that pory-z can OHKO bliss w/ hyper beam and its giving me an idea... so here it is

since most people I have battled usualy only blissy as their resisance of spedail attacks what if I do a sarifice themed team were I sacrfice pory-z and then murder the rest of their team w/ a fast powerful specail sweeper like alakazam.. does any1 think that would work???

- Substitute
- Hyper Beam
- Dark pulse
- Nasty PLOXZORZ Plot

Yeah just be careful with it.

Send it in on something your certain will switch, set a sub up and Nasty Plot behind the sub, alternately you can send this in on blissey when your sure it wont thunderwave. Set a sub up when it tries to thunderwave then Nasty Plot whilst it breaks the sub and Hyper Beam it. Dark Pulse allows you to hit ghosts.

I ran this on shoddy and its deadly, however i ran TRI ATTACK >> HYPER BEAM. It dies to revenge kills with Hyper Beam, thats why i discourage using it.
 
Hi, could anyone tell me the boost delivered by expert belt and life orb?

I decided to look through my boxs today and calculate IVs for pokemon I might wanna use so far I've only found this Lapras.

IVs
HP 8-11
ATK 2-5
DEF 24-27
SPATK 18-21
SPDEF 26-29
SPD 12-15

Its got crappy HP but its defense is awesome. So is it useable?

It's bad. Lapras likes its attack too with access to dragon dance and waterfall. And as Dragonzilla said, it really craves HP with its huge base.
 
does any1 know what would happen to a poke who used explosion (w/ 100% HP) and held a focus sash? would explosion bypass the focus sash?? this question has been haunting me for soo long...
 
So far, I se no way, not even with Heal Bell.
