Thanks for getting me past the Mossdeep gym.

Now that i know dive and ive gotten into sootopolis i realise i need to find the trench were team magma stole the submarine. I found it once but the leader defeated me. Now that ive lvled up my poke a bit im searching for the trench again, but i cant find it...

could you gimme directions from mossdeep to the trench plz?
 
Well, from Mossdeep, go down to Route 127 and use Dive on the first patch of dark water you see. Then follow the underwater route until you find it. BTW, you'll need Strength, Rock Smash, and Surf to get through the cave.
 
i have all those luckily :)

and at what level does tentacool evolve to tentacruel? since i used them in mossdeep i thought it did well and im waiting for it to evolve.

but I know all eletrik and phychic pokemon can learn flash
 
get a ralts or a nincada if you are at the begining of the game. They're common and easy to catch.
 
Ralts is rare ill stick with abra or electrike.
 
If your starter is Treecko they can get Flash too.
 
Beautifly or Dustox. Easiest. Get Wurmple from petalburg woods, train it up, and teach it flash. Also. Seedot/Lotad (depends on whether u play Sapphy or Ruby) it can do Flash too.
 
I'm having trouble finding a single HM slave that can get me through Victory Road. Is there a Pokemon in Ruby (only, as I'm doing a challenge and therefore can't trade) that can learn Waterfall, Rock Smash, Strength, and Flash all at once?
 
Mew. Only one that learns all four of those moves. And that's a terrible thing to do to a Mew, so please don't.

Just use a couple of HM slaves, easiest way.
 
Kazeto, what you need is Lombre/Ludicolo. It learns all of those moves. As does Psyduck/Golduck, Quagsire, and Smeargle, but you would have to trade those Pokes in. Go with the little Water/Grass freak.
 
Oki, how can I get the elemental punches in Emerald? The only way I know is from the "endless" move tutors from Battle Dome, or something like that, if I have enough Battle Points. But until I beat the elite four? Is there no other way?

Without trading from another Emerald version, no, there isn't another way to get the elemental punches before the elites
where do i find the TM moves Flamethrower and Fire Blast?

Flamethrower can be bought from the game corner in Mauville city and Fire Blast from Lilycove department store.
 
go to the counter in the game courner and speak to the lady who does the TM's and buy it for 9800 you can also buy other stuff
