I think this belong here...

How do you get the attack Wish on Eevee? (I know it's an egg move, I mean what pokemon do I breed to get it onto Eevee.)
 
Is it possible for Weezing to learn both Pain Split and Will-o-Wisp?

Try having a Smeargle to Sketch Wish and breed.

Yes. Breed WoW onto a Dusclop, lvl it up so that he learns PS, and breed.
 
Really noob question here but I have been out of Pokemon for a bit and don't know the new games at all. I looked through this thread and didn't find the answer and I was looking on the official websites and things but what I came across was a little confusing.

Can you play Fire Red and Leaf Green and Emerald with a Nintendo DS or can you only use them on a GBA?

The DS plays GBA games too, so you can play any of those. The DS can't play the old Gameboy or Gameboy Color games though.

As far as I can tell it's a two step process. Breed an Illumise(learns wish through level up) with a Spinda, then breed the Spinda with Eevee.
 
How do you get Smeragle to sketch Wish?
Do you have to battle or breed or something else?

Ninja Monkey, I think that Illumise can't breed for wish because it's female. Maybe a Togetic would work...

Well you seem to know more about breeding than I do, so here's a list of the pokemon that learn wish...

You could breed Togetic with Skitty, then Skitty with Eevee. That would work I think. I've never really cared much for breeding, I'm not patient enough for that. :D

In the cave where Smeargle are, battle one with the first attack being Wish. Smeargle Sketches Wish, and proceed to catch that Smeargle

uhmm u gotta max out its happiness and u gotta train it between 12A.M. and 12P.M. (morning) for one of em, and 12 am between 12 pm (night) to get another one of em, just cant remember which one O_O

after u shifted the rocks go to island 6 and find the door this nerd was on front of, after u finished the puzzle u will find a sapphire, but the nred will steal it and say he will sell to TEAMROCKET and give u 2nd pass. GO there defeat them and get the sapp and go to celio, there are NO pokemon in the warehouse

WTF??? You quoted a question from the first page....

And you're wrong as well. Espeon and Umbreon can't be evolved from Eevee in LG/FR. You need to trade Eevee over to R/S/E where there is a time function that allows day/night evolution. After maxing out its happiness, it evolves after levelling up and evolves into either Espy or Umby depending on time.

Espeon during morning, and Umbreon at night.
 
Having just bought Emerald recently I was wondering if FireRed was worth purchasing? Does it bring anything new to the table?

It's basically remakes off the older versions of R/B/Y. However, it has enchanced graphics, items such as the VS. Seeker, which will allow you to battle trainers that you've already battled with before. You will also have be able to get to the Sevii Islands, new locations that include pokémon that were originally in Johto, and more that hasn't been mentioned. If you've got either R/B/Y and looking for a new storyline, I wouldn't purchase it.

Yes it is. After you beat your rival, the guy on the left will give you Lapras if you talk to him, exactly the same as R/B/Y.
