Still breeding Pokemon looking for the perfect IVs. They are all good Pokemon, but have the odd good IV stat missing that I need. Getting a bit frustrating but it will come I hope. This is only for my first Pokemon, can't imagine how long the others will take.
 
Been looking for Drifloon to complete pokedex today at the Valley Wind Works things. Didn't see a single one. It is Friday daytime atm here. I even checked my DS' clock which is correct.

Have you changed the time on your DS clock within the last 24 hours? That might be the problem. Or maybe you defeated Mars today...that happened to me. I defeated Mars on a Friday and Drifloon didn't show up. I had to wait a whole week! >.<

Today, Dec 1st:
This is it. I'm finally ready to take on the Elite Four ^_^ My team will consist of Torterra (my lovely starter), Empoleon (a gift from my boyfriend, his starter, whom I've been training since he was Piplup), Lucario (the Riolu mentioned in the previous entry), Medicham (I like good fighters), and Luxray and Staraptor (both I've had since near the beginning, and they've served me well). All are in their early 60's in level. They're also nicknamed (like all the other pokemon I personally train). I have a good feeling about today.

Feel a right idiot. Drifloon appears as an interactive sprite :O Must of walked past it for half an hour none stop :(. Lucky i had a last ditch attempt late on friday (Well, must of been early to see it lol).

Decided to ditch getting the lake pokemon as shinies, theres always the third game (remake whatever you call it) for that. Also, spread some sweet honey on 3 trees around 9 am this morn, so i should get another near final dex entry in a matter of minutes.
 
I had lost my spirit for pokemon a couple of weeks ago then my friend came round and we had a battle using legendrys. we both had arceus palkia and a few others.

i won thanks to my Shiny porygon Z with Tri attack. i beat his barely and he went first with his

amazeing fun.

I had a battle with Toothache but i lost like mad. 0-6 Fun battle though.

I havent done much today about to go train my manaphy.
 
Pokemon Pearl Journal: Another Errand

November 28, 2007

I finally reached the little cafe on Route 210, where there were a group of Psyduck clustered outside. I gave the potions to all the Psyduck, who felt better almost instantly. They scampered off. Just then, Cynthia showed up! She thanked me for making the delivery, and asked if I could do her one more favor. Her grandmother lives in a little town called Celestic Town. She gave me an Old Charm and asked me to deliver it to her. Her grandmother is apparently the elder of Celestic Town, and will make it worth my while by telling me about some legendary pokemon in the Sinnoh region. Cynthia said Celestic Town is to the north and east, and that Route 210 would lead to it.

So, my gym battle in Hearthome will have to wait for the moment. As I traveled the road, I gave my pokemon plenty of training along the way. The path became very foggy the further north I went. I was heading into the valley of Mount Coronet so the thick fog made it hard to battle in, let alone barely see the path. I came across a duo of trainers named Zac and Jen who challenged me to a double battle. They had a Gyarados and a Raichu, and man are they tough. All my pokemon had trouble against them, and it took all 6 of my pokemon to take down their two. So, I decided to spend a few days training until I could beat them 2 on 2, fair and square.
 
I won my first 7 battles in the battle tower yesterday! =D I used Salamence, Espeon and Shuckle ^_^

I honestly thought I would get owned, but it was easy! =P

EDIT: It was SO MUCH FUN! XP
 
I finally beat the Battle Tower Tycoon for the first time last night. I used Dragonite, Charizard and Gengar. Dragonite did ok, Charizard not so good, but Gengar was pure ownage. I've played a few more people after that and the Pokemon you face are getting tougher and tougher each time. Nearly lost it all against a Wobbuffet, but Charizard rescued me. I need all the battle points I can get so I'm going to keep going and see how far I can get.

Gengar is omega ownage, he's one of my favourite Poke =|

I'm currently on my 56th streak at the Battle Tower, my Electivire has served me well.

You will rarely see me without a Gengar in my team =)

For today, I am about to start EV training my newly bred Gastly with great IVs. My current Gengar has and still is serving me very well, but this new Gastly has been bred for good IVs and nature, so my current will get a well earn't retirement.

I'm still in the battle tower, currently on 27 wins and hoping for more.
 
Just won my 3rd straight 100 wins in the Battle Tower, with different teams each time. Thing is though, I have never used any battle points, so I have around 700 Battle Points at least I think.

Anyway, started Diamond again, and caught a Shiny Starly early on, and then later caught a Budew with Pokerus, so my luck is rather high.

Just bred a Careful Spiritomb with: 30 / 28 / 31 / 23 / 30 / 31

Almost perfect, and is now a winner of both the Smart Contest Normal - Master, and the Battle Tower.

Today, Dec 4th:
The battles went nicely ^_^ But man, the Sinnoh League Champion was hard. It took all 6 of my pokes working together just to take down her Garchomp. The feeling of victory was worth the effort though. I was thrilled to enter the Sinnoh Hall of Fame!

For the past few days, I've been experiencing the joys of owning the National Dex and the PokeRadar. I'm finding that locating some of the Radar pokes can be a pain in the butt. And that Mr. Backlot guy? The special pokes in his Trophy Garden have such a low encounter rate! Soon enough, I'll be trading and collaborating with friends to help with our National Dexes. I can't believe I used to wanna collect every single pokemon all by myself. Reminds me of that one guy I met in... was it Wayward Cave? The one who mentioned wanting to catch every poke all by himself, and alluded to the idea of having no friends ^_^ Yay for friends!
 
Tower Tycoon here i come!

i noticed that he resembled my rival,whom i named June,the way they had the big THUD!So i battled him,lost and so i decided to give my pokemon items this time(so i forget at times)

So i went through some more battling and i made it to him again.He changed up his order,this time Garchomp was facing his Rhypherior instead of Dragonite.I switched to Prince,my shiny Empoleon and starter,and it's good i did because Rhy used icebeam and it was a critical hit! so far i am doing good.Rhy was easily knocked out with one surf!Then came Dragonite, soon Milotic.none of my Pokemon fainted and Empoleon had letovers so that was god until Milotic used Hypnoisis.My luck changed until about 5 minutes in the battle came,it missed!I used drill peck,asusual,but Milotic used Hypnoisis on me again,the next turn passed and i woke up,used drill peck get hit by Hydro pump,and that was like the whole battle.Milotic was in the red and I said in my head "I am not losing to you again!" It came through i Won!

Yes! I recieved Ribbons for my team:
Callya-Charizard
Lance-Garchomp
Prince-Empoleon
and i recived 20 BP!

lol this is funny when i was in the battle against dialga - and yes it was diamond not pearl - all my pokemon about level 40-44 were wiped out and on came my level 12 starly i has just been throwing ultra balls the whole battle - dialga had full hp and no status problems - then i threw an ultra ball and caught it boy was i lucky :)
 
I've recently began chaining.

I'm mainly chaining Geodudes and Machops around Route 207.

Highest chain is currently 21. [I'm gonna chain now]

Also made first catching spree at Pal Park today.

I wish I could chain, got up to about 30 something before, but no luck.

I started a new game today and I plan going through with just an Empoleon, Medicham and Nidoking/queen. I need to find someone who can give me a Nidoran male or female, no luck yet. Prinplup is currently level 18, and I'm in Floaroma Town, about to do the whole Valley Windworks thing.
 
Just got back into battling again and got the Win/Loss to 466/71! Currently hosting a small Christmas tournament on a website called Nintendo Play. I also signed up for the Advent Event tournament on SerebiiForums... Pretty cool rules, you take a team of 7 so that you don't use the same 6 every match and you post your team on the entry thread so everyone sees your team but I don't mind. Be something different for once. Well anyway I made a quick banner on MS Paint of the team I'm using for the tournament, it's my signature.
