Floor 282 has a lot of painting stuff. This might suggest that they painted floor 281 to make it look like it's missing.
 
Floor 283 moves slowly backward through time. Potted plants seem to shrink. Old furniture begins to mend itself. Light fixtures become retro until they disappear to be replaced by candles. As you enter you feel yourself getting younger, but your mind begins to cloud and you start to forget things, first of all how you got there in the first place.
 
Floor 285 is a TV store. On one of the TVs, a headline reads: "penguin rebellion started; many dead, several more injured..." The customer service here is great, and the products all have fair warranty.
 
Floor 288 is full of fireworks in the night sky. In the trees and bushes around you the sounds "oooh" and "aaah" echo each time the sky lights up with an explosion. The air smells of ash and you can taste copper on your tongue.
 
Floor 293 is comprised mainly of brain matter and various clear fluids, with electricity sparking along the walls at random intervals. As you enter, an invasive presence presses into your mind and expresses surprise and outrage that you made it past Floor 290 without being locked away in Floor 291, and then expresses fear that you passed through Floor 292. It pronounces itself as the one and only thinking being in all the tower, and denounces you as a servant of the penguin revolution.
Luckily, you escape to the safety of the omnishielded elevator before the presence can seize your bodily functions.
 
Floor 295 is a chocolate milk bar only accessible for those that aren't old enough to drink legally.
 
Floor 296 holds a tunnel to a machine that can go through time, which is where you meet a 666 year old man. He the takes you to an underground cave where he summons over 1000 demons to kill you. You can find one Pokéball there to fight back. Inside is a Magikarp.
