...and sends down a thunderbolt to strike down the Stantler that was with Raikou's woman.

That Stantler gets rushed to the hospital, recovers and heads back to the bar the next morning...

Instead, it's a version of the song that gets everyone dancing and having a good time. Lugia sees this and also has a good time.
