    You just ate a big meal, and are way too full. What do you do?


    I like to go for walks (sometimes run) outside after I eat, personally. Although, I know a lot of people like to take a nap after eating. (That's bad for you though! D:)


    (Guess what I was doing when I thought of this question. lol)

    I don't even remember the last time I was actually full bawww, but I think in the past I would just take a nap.
     
    I sometimes go for a walk after eating too much because I feel the need to exercise.
     
    I go for a long walk around the mall if I ate at a restaurant there. Other times, I work out to burn what I ate later on.
     
    It sure has been a while since I've eaten to the point of feeling really full, haha.

    Anyway, I only ever recall stuffing myself silly while outside, be it eating in a restaurant somewhere, or at a party in someone else's house. In the first scenario, I'm usually with my family, so we'd walk around a bit, mostly by going to the nearest mall (if we're not already in one) and doing some window shopping. For the latter, there's usually enough going on to keep me busy.
     
    Drink a lot of water. Somehow, it helps my stomach. Other than that, I tend to do random exercises and try to go out and do something active.
     
    Lie on my bed like a beached whale. XD

    Naa, I normally just relax and not do anything that will send it back from whence it came.​
     
    I usually sit around for awhile and play table tennis with my friends :) Helps me burn calories so i can refuel again lol :)
     
    Wait, people do other stuff apart from lying around feeling bloated and full and just watching TV? Dunno how you guys do it, but you're certainly better men and women than I!
     
    I don't believe any one of you who say that they get up and exercise or go for a walk immediately after eating so much. You can say whatever you want and even give me video proof of that, and I'll call witchcraft!!! There is no way that you can do that!! I can't even move if I'm that full!!! Let alone exercise.

    This, essentially lol. I find it hard to believe that people exercise after they eat; it's too counter-intuitive. If I exercise after I eat I don't feel better, because I feel heavy and disgusting and I'd rather just sit in my chair and let it digest.

    Exercise is much better when you don't have a full stomach. I can't imagine eating a large meal then going for a walk would be good for you anyway. Why do you think doctors tell you not to swim after you eat? :P
     
    I just get something to drink to wash it down, but really, I hardly do much since I've never really come to the point where I stuffed myself so full that it actually felt problematic.
     
    Assuming that eating that much doesn't result me in making a beeline for the restroom, I'll just sit around doing something on the computer or sleeping until it wears off.

    Though back in 11th grade, on a class trip I did stuff myself with 6 hamburgers then go on a roller coaster. Don't think my stomach is that strong nowadays, lol
     
    Eat more. Tbh I don't really do anything different than normal, I just go about my usual day and wait for the feeling of 'about-to-throw-up' to wear off. x]
