Sounds like a lovely place to visit!

What are some sights that you think are amazing? Place that you have been and were impressed by, or somewhere that you haven't gone that looks interesting, and would go to, if you could.

My inspiration for this topic was seeing photos of the Harbin ice festival in China. Though the bitterly cold weather would be tough, I would not mind seeing this gorgeous village made out of ice, during the lunar new year.

Acadia National Park. Basically, my home away from home. It's amazing, and there's no one picture that can sum up it's absolute beauty either. <3 I've been going there since before I was even born (in my mother's womb lol). I consider to be something that's always been a strong part of me. I'm looking forward to going their this summer. It's down by the coast of Maine~

If we're specifically talking about parks, I've wanted to visit Odori Park in Sapporo, Japan for years and attend the Snow Festival held there, the Harbin Ice Festival mentioned reminded me of that, I recommend looking up pictures!
Shibuya Crossing is another area I'd love to visit because it's one of those popular areas I see people talk about often and it always looked appealing to me. Being just a single person in a really big crowded street crossing in a busy city sounds really cool to me.

A lot of the travel destinations I have in mind right now are places I've already been to and just want to see again, or to show them to my bf since I've mentioned them to him and we've never been together. So I feel like I don't have incredibly interesting answers to this besides just "I wanna go back to this place but I've already been there"

There are a few places I'd like to go.

1.) Santorini, Greece: I am absolutely fascinated by the architecture of this place. The first time I saw how the town was laid out, I wondered what it would be like to live there. Plus, I've always been a fan of the white-and-blue color combination.

2.) Odaiba, Tokyo: I love this tiny little ward of Tokyo. Every little centimeter of it. Most people only know about the Fuji Television station and the shopping parts of it, but the other half of it is so cozy. There's also the beach, which has incredible views of Rainbow Bridge. That's a very colorful landmark. There's also fireworks in the winter, and all the other weird little attractions (a smaller version of the Statue of Liberty!) and it's just... Love Odaiba.

There are other places that I'm aiming for, and these are more likely to happen. Like Acadia National Park. Mrs. Auticorn Page is right. It's beautiful up there, and it's a great place to go hiking with dogs. There are other various parks around New England that I'd like to travel to with my dog.

Kyoto - pretty much all of it. I'm still in awe when I think about it, the greenery, the mountains, the historical buildings, the shrines, just everything was incredibly beautiful. It honestly makes me sad to think that we're not there anymore and I really miss it.

Stonington Borough, Connecticut going down to Stonington Point is just absolutely gorgeous rows of Colonial style homes (both historical and newer) surrounded by the ocean (or eastern end of the Long island Sound, whatever, I don't know the technical details of that lol) and I'm blown away every time I go down there.
