That it's up to the higher up's when we need new staff? Well ya of course, but at least have every area covered by at least one mod first.DragonTrainer said:Well, you get what I mean, or do you?

I got your point, yes. But we as normal mods don't have much of a choice...DragonTrainer said:Well, you get what I mean, or do you?
Does it really matter man? Do you see PC flooded with spam?AdamHays said:Wait a second lets switch the mod shoes, say us members were the mods and you mods were the members, now, how would you reply to this, and don't be fake about it and say i would respect the choice they made.
I would. Mods are modded for a reason, and it's not because they look good in blue names.AdamHays said:Wait a second lets switch the mod shoes, say us members were the mods and you mods were the members, now, how would you reply to this, and don't be fake about it and say i would respect the choice they made.
There isent one, they're just making it bigger then what you asked at first, which was just which area do members think need mods.JKaizer said:I would. Mods are modded for a reason, and it's not because they look good in blue names.
We know to a point what's happening in the "back" of the community.
We have most of the forum covered... I don't see what the huge problem is.
When we have more mods than active members, then yes, it does become a problem.eliana said:We may not need mods, but I dont think it would hurt now would it? :P
blue said:Arent there a good number of inactive mods though? Or some that don't want to take on another area.
Twenty-something mods compared to a couple thousand, does that really stack up? LOL, I just say try to have at least one mod for each area.JKaizer said:When we have more mods than active members, then yes, it does become a problem.
So we are expected to be robots and read every popst and make sure they abide by the rules? We're only human >>AdamHays said:Its not flooded of course, but if you were to read every post from 1 to what ever the replies im sure you'll find alot that you have missed.
Now i don't want this to turn into a fight.so lets get back to the discussion.
My point exactly. We're pretty well covered.blue said:There isent one, they're just making it bigger then what you asked at first, which was just which area do members think need mods.
All right then, there really isent a problem then, lol. Your question was just asking which areas members think need mods, and it got turned into a talk about unactive mods for some reason.JKaizer said:My point exactly. We're pretty well covered.
We don't have enough people in all the timezones to cover it. >_>AdamHays said:Ok,to cove everything.we need timezone mods.
were one mod is in UK,the other in US,and so on.
I doubt anybody would go through every post, so nobody say they could. XDDragonTrainer said:So we are expected to be robots and read every popst and make sure they abide by the rules? We're only human >>
I do not see your point. At allAdamHays said:Im not saying to be a robot.its clear that the mods do not want more mods, but we need the higher staff here to really make the choice that is best.
...we have less than 500 active members. 500 is really stretching it.blue said:Twenty-something mods compared to a couple thousand, does that really stack up? LOL, I just say try to have at least one mod for each area.
