It came to me last summer when I was trying to think of a username for another website I frequent(ed). I wanted an original name that also sounded like it was unoriginal somehow. I was thinking about crime shows (don't ask!!) at the time and the term 'post-mortem' came to mind, so I slapped 'ante' (before) at the beginning instead of 'post' (after) and I used it! I quickly realized I was naive in thinking it was an original word, but I'd never seen anyone else use it, so.
 
You currently hold staff positions on two forums I'm active on, including PC, and you were once staff on one other forum. How did you handle all those roles so well?

I take Aspirin and dream it away. I find someone to console my issues in, and hopefully they can help me through it.

Probably Lady Gaga, since I admire her and want to be as spontaneous and artistic as her.

PC has always felt like a second home to me, a place to escape the rest of the internet and life, for the most part. I've met tons of my best online friends here and I confide in them just about everything. That's a really nice feeling, especially when the entire community is this way. I would prefer that it become a more mature environment, but I won't get into that here. As for Smogon, I enjoy the ease of access to contribution there and the gratification for doing such. I don't necessarily require incentive to complete tasks, but it does help, and the individual communities on Smogon are inviting once you start contributing, so I guess you can think of that as a gateway to a place similar to PC, but at a smaller scale. Most people don't really realize that, but eh.

I've been hyping over Catfish & the Bottlemen's The Balcony a lot, even though I can't see them tour since their last American date is three days from now. :[ but besides that I've also liked American Beauty/American Psycho and our boy Frank's song that he dropped on tumblr a couple months ago. idr the title since I only listened twice but all I know is that it saved my life so that's enough said on how fucking great it was.
 
So on the topic of Mr. Ocean: Any speculation on when he will rise from the dead and deliver to us what should be his best album yet?

you mean Album of the Year 2015? yeah, I'm expecting it any time but summer, because summer albums are ass. I'm expecting an August/September drop

What makes always feel like you can't keep an avatar up for long?

I can easily relate to this given I'm someone who can't keep avatars/sigs up as long as I think.

my girl Adele was literally due for another album release last year, so idk what she's doing. but yeah there's that and... I'm not sure, I don't really get hyped for very much until it's announced. Also I miss album releases really easily, the last few slipped under my radar and I found out weeks later so kms

to be fair I've only had like three avatars this year so far that I've kept for more than a few minutes. This one, my last black and white one with the woman staring forward, and the one with the two people standing in masks in the distance. I kept each for a few weeks at a time, so I'm doing better.
