I thing Twitter is awful no matter where you are.
I use it for sports things. I like how everybody posts 'fake taxi' screencaps as reaction images, very funny stuff.

I started using it recently. Partially to keep in the loop, but also mostly to build a network. Mainly since, if I started to do anything that relied on, say, people consuming whatever it is I do, I wouldn't really have a good starting place. And easily the hardest thing about that line of work is putting yourself out there.

Been having a bad cough for almost 2 months myself and the doctor told me it can go on for months... worst is is that the weather is so abyssmal that it could take even longer.
