Biscuits and gravy are kind of a southern thing. Personally, I prefer just biscuits. Not cookies, though. Cookies with gravy would taste like ass.

But gravy on most things (or alone) generally looks gross. I mean, it's a lumpy, chunky white/gray/brown sea of calories. It doesn't really have much going for it in the aesthetics department.

But I couldn't do the Lays version, then. Not really into sour cream and onion flavored chips. Put sour cream and onion on a Hispanic dish, though, and you have my heart and my stomach.

Some recent ones are prepped in a different style, though. Lays calls that style "Baked".
