I myself think it's too much of a risk Johto is a clean slate that we'll know nothing of us I believe we should stay low profile and let the Police/Interpol concentrate on team rocket.
If we are woried about competition we could alway sink their boats with a Wailord or something and call it a random act of Arceus :)
 
Oh man, you guys are so hard to keep up with. I suggest that we set up a base or small outpost in Johto and fly under the radar until we've attained enough power in the region.
Our Hoenn Pokemon would arouse suspicion, so we're going to keep them in the region they are domestic to. This may be sort of a repeat topic, but
What Pokemon shall we catch in the Johto Region and what should serve as our base of operations?
 
I say we go for: Lanturn, Quagsire, Wobbufett, Quilfish, Piloswine, Octillery, Porygon Z, Starmie, Nidoking, and Lapras.

I'd say Feraligatr,Ariados,Yanmaga,Gyarados,Gliscor,Quagsire,Omastar and Kabutops

We're going to construct a new base in the Hoenn Region, where should it be? Somewhere under the sea. Somewhere where no one but Aqua members knows where it is.

How shall we take action against Team Magma? Yes we should.

We could start the painstaking process of removing one of the boulders around an island and concoct some sort of whirlpool machine that we could turn off and one thus allowing us entry denying entry to all others and possible not attracting to much attention.
 
I think that constructing a base in the Whirl Islands is a bad idea. The cost of traveling through multiple whirlpools would be pretty high and setting up a tourism business there doesn't seem to be economically feasible either.
 
I have to agree and say we should base ourselves in Cianwood as opposed to Olivine but an organization such as ourselves in the middle of a city would be way too easy to find so I think we should set up somewhere near the Cliff Cave on Route 47. Also, if we need to get some Pokemon that could be found in Johto I say we grab some Misdreavus, Umbreon, Gyarados, Snesal, and Octillery.
 
It should look like a Legitimate Business headquarters, but with areas only aqua members can go. On a different note how are we going to start this Shipping/Charter Company ? It will cost a lot of money do we have that much? we'll have to pay for the building to be built we'll have to purchase vessels, not to mention fuel for these Vessels.

We need a plan to make more money you know?
 
I say we operate legitamently, and we could base ourselves around the Safari Zone Gate, since the area doesn't have a lot of people around it and has a lot of land for sale.

As for the buisness, we opperate the shipping buisness from the HQ and occasionally host a battle tournament, because those are known to bring in a LOt of money.

Oh, and the Safari Zone Gate is close to the place where Kyogre has been spotted a lot lately.

Agreed. We could always set up a base in Cianwood, as TheSmartOne said. Having access to the ocean is a valuable asset to us.

All out battle. Our Water Pokemon can beat there Fire Pokemon.
