so I had a really hard time coming up with House Names but I would appreciate knowing if this is the kind of things you guys think would be interesting. actual names are of course very subject to change

Espeon (knowledge, planning)
Cognosi House (cog, cognis = knowledge; gno, gnosis = soul)

Ampharos (hardworking, ambition)
Lumiflux House (lumi = light; flux, fluctus = waves) or
Lumivir House (lumi = light; vir, viribus = strength)

Arcanine (loyalty, friendship)
Annaven House (annae = jolly; ven, venari = hunt)

Hawlucha (adventure, exploration)
Plumaquest House (pluma = feather)

thoughts on giving each team a sub-forum for a team dcc, space where they can plan for events (e.g. home's create an ultra-beast where it seems there'll be one submission per team), building team morale etc? have done similar on another forum before and it worked quite well/built good team morale and excitement

(not sure if this has been discussed on discord before but didn't see it in this thread)

could just yolo and make a a general subforum and slap all the dccs there though. i personally think the former option, however a lot of work it is, themeatically is a lot more fun, but for the sake of time, i understand if we go with the latter.

agreed it would thematically be more fun but ye a lot of work. we could password protect the forums, and on the quiz page where they find out their house, we can give them the password to access their forum? kind of like accessing your house common room by password ;D
