Dark was brought in to balance Psychic....which, due to lack of Bug-type moves (and only two bugs with decent stats xD), was unbeatable, with no ghost weakness. Apparently Gen I battling was just who could send Alakazam out...or if you used Ubers.....same, but with Mewtwo.

True true nice explenation,but i have always wonderd do dark type moves like bite be super effective against more pokemon types not just psychic?(ok this clearly shows im rubish at weaknesses apart from some)

hmmm, on a psychic note, I never caught i Mewtwo without cheat codes you know, but when i get my soulsilver for christmas i will.
hope that's enough to keep me on topic because i really have to go.

Yeah mewtwo is great...you know the only way i found mewtwo is beacuse of the walkthrough walls cheat...or was that mew i have a idea!

Side topic:if you caught mewtwo wich pokeball would you catch him in?

example:i would catch mewtwo in iether a love ball heal ball or premiure ball.
 
I would catch Mewtwo in a Master Ball because it would be too powerful to catch in any other type of ball.
 
a better explenation for this topic is, If you found mewtwo and you had all the pokeballs in the game AND the 100% catch rate cheat, wich pokeball would you catch him in?
i think this topic is dumb, but, perhaps a Moon Ball or a Luxury ball.
 
Definetly Masterball, although i caught mine with Ultra ball, no cheats btw...

Dark types are super effective only to Ghost and Pshychic types, but are not very effective against three different types.

If you found mewtwo and you had all the pokeballs in the game AND the 100% catch rate cheat, wich pokeball would you catch him in?
A Dusk Ball, because Mewtwo is evil, so I think a Dusk Ball would duit him well.

Nice idea that ball would suit him but Mewtwo isn't that bad Shadow Lugia is the worst and all the other shadows to me.
 
Mewtwo isn't bad at all, not in anime, nor in manga!
 
Which soon turned good, realized that what he was doing was wrong, and helped everyone...

Er, I don't think so. If you have seen the first movie, when Mewtwo was created he was confused and couldn't accept it was just a clone of Mew, or that its' purpose was to fight (and dominate!) all the time. Thus he revolted against those who created him: humans. All in all it only wanted a life and a path of its own. And after meeting humans with good hearts (Ash and co.), he regained hope and trust in humanity, and the bond they could have with Pokémon (after seeing the bond between Ash and Pikachu).

Right?
