Pictures taken with the camera become real-time 'portals' to the location in the picture and "Iris" can manipulate things in the image

When held by other people, the pictures have no special properties

I've read almost all of the SCP project, then promptly nope'd outta there like the sane girl I am, cowering in nightmares for a few nights of restless sleep.
