What Pokemon do you feel are endangered? In R/B/Y, it was stated that Lapras was.

If a pokemon were endangered, wouldn't you be able to create more from it's bones like Fossil pokemon?
Even if yes, that's not really a great means of increasing population of a species. If you just wanted one, then yeah, but if your goal was to rehabilitate the species of Farfetch'd or Lapras or something else, you're not going to get far by producing them one at a time in a machine that takes ages to churn them out and that each region only has one of.If a pokemon were endangered, wouldn't you be able to create more from it's bones like Fossil pokemon?

Also, I'm not sure if this was ever covered in the anime/movies because I really only play the games, but we don't really know what the capabilities of the fossil revival machine are, do we? All it's been able to revive are a few particular species of Rock-types. To quote Bulbapedia: "It is unknown if this is because that is the way they were in the past and their Rock-type allowed them to leave behind more complete remains, or if their Rock-type status is a side effect of the revival process." so in either situation, it seems far fetched (hah) that it could be at all useful in sparking a species-wide revitalization of Farfetch'd or Lapras or anything else for that matter.
