Don't have much time right now, but I did not forget my duty as a Host, so let's quickly assess the situation.
First of all, let's end the Voting here.
BOARD MEETING #4 FINAL VOTE COUNT

Lelouch (Team Sun) - 2 Votes (PercyX, Salzorrah)

Again Team Sun, same issue like last time, no majority -_-.
Luckily for u, since it was my birthday yesterday, I've decided to make this a Non-Elimination Leg, so yeah, No Eliminations ^^.
But u did not complete the Voting process again, so disadvantages coming up. A different kinda disadvantage this time >:).
On the next Leg, whichever Team wins, the Elimination will be from Team Sun. If Team Sun wins the next Challenge, they decide who they want to eliminate from their Team, but if Team Moon wins they decide who they want to eliminate from Team Sun. Nice twist huh ;).
Also, I promised the winning team an advantage on this Leg of the Race, so Team Moon here's ur advantage:-
