If a Member who's eligible for the Wild Card Leg, can guess this correctly, they will not have to do the Wild Card Leg Challenge & will directly be back in the game.

After doing some research, I may or may have not found the answer, for many reasons.
Metapod.
It is this only one without a Hidden Ability.
The only one that can't learn an Egg Move.
It shares its body shape with none of the others.
It's the only one that learns Harden.
It has no footprint; everyone else does.
In paired versions, it is the only version-exclusive one.

OK so I'm just gonna throw it out there. In Pokémon Yellow you get 'tangled' in the grass and professor Oak rescues you from the attacking Pikachu and gives you it / everything else. But the only catch is that Pikachu can't evolve. So how does Raichu relate? You gotta figure that out yo.

Confused can be a synonym for tangled... possibly I guess. At least that's what Google told me.
Pidgey's tangled feet ability raises evasion when it's confused (although that one was introduced in gen iv...)
but I'll say Pidgey because it's the only one in that group that can be caught on Kanto Route 1
(you need the Pokeballs and Pokemon from Oak in order to catch it right away on route 1 if you're playing a kanto game)
dont do drugs kids

I believe what Forever means by "how does Raichu relate" is that the only Raichu you'd ever see in the Pokemon animes first season (not too sure about Pokemon Yellow itself). During Lt. Surge's Gym challenge, Ash was given a Thunderstone to make him question whether he wanted to evolve Pikachu or not.

Raichu is the only one with a Z move... Raichu is the only one that you can't get naturally in Yellow... Raichu is the only Pokémon that Ash will def never have...
